COVID-19 is reshaping the L&D landscape. In this remote and physically distanced setting, the Sleep Country L&D team, like everyone else, has had to pivot sharply to continue to provide training and add value to its internal clients. In this session, Youmna will be sharing what is happening at Sleep Country, and why. She will be joined by one of Sleep Country’s partners, Tammy Sturge, who will share strategies on “virtualizing” in-house training.
Join us for a discussion on where we all find ourselves, various strategies that have helped us pivot successfully, and takeaways from each other’s experiences.
