Details

We've learned that after training has completed, our learners forget up to 90% of what they have learned 6-8 months post-intervention. This is not what we want so we've tried many ways to not just keep them engaged in class but also to keep them from forgetting the valuable knowledge they learned in whatever delivery modality we used: formal, informal or social. Robin Yap will show you how he was able to increase knowledge transfer retention of college students to 67%, six months post-intervention via social experiments as a pedagogical modality. As designers, developers and facilitators, we all want to have a robust learning toolkit to showcase the value of our learning assets. This is a tool that you might find useful in the sessions you're building and delivering.
