For the 12th year Global Knowledge has surveyed IT professionals to learn about their skills and their salaries. We’ve uncovered the factors that influence both.

After attending this session you should understand the issues facing IT departments worldwide. We will discuss how IT professionals learn, how much they get paid, what topics interest them the most and how they expect their job to change going forward. We will also talk about the importance of all organizations proactively building cultures of learning and prioritizing training based on the criticality of the skills.

Speaker Biography

Zane Schweer leads the Global Knowledge IT Skills and Salary Survey and Report, the largest global annual study focused on IT certifications, salaries and skills. He is a Senior Marketing Manager at Global Knowledge, the worldwide leader in IT and professional training.
