Event Outline:

In 2019 Practica Learning delivered approximately 20,000 practice conversations, and aggregated the skills data.  We will share the skills our clients identified that are needed to have effective internal  coaching and leadership conversations, and client-facing conversations (sales, customer service, etc.), and show the behaviour change over several practice conversations.

With L&D’s role expanding beyond knowledge acquisition, we will discuss how Deliberate Practice is an effective way to convert knowledge into skills, build confidence and change behaviors which ultimately improves performance.

This session will:

·  Describe Deliberate Practice

·  Present you with comparative benchmark data

·  Quantify the power of Deliberate Practice

·  Provide a demonstration of Deliberate Practice
